廖家爵

You may not have heard about Taiwanese singer "廖家爵", but many people in Taiwan adored him because of his groovy music and humorous personality.
Besides being able to sing, and to write songs, he was also an excellent guitarist. He was one of the few musicians that used the slide guitar technique in the Taiwanese music industry.
廖家爵 was crazy about music. He loved jazz, funk, and gospel. He had a deep knowledge of music, and he was very talented in arranging funky bass lines. He was once invited to be the bassist for the renowned jazz pianist "施孝榮".
廖家爵 was also a humorous person. He liked to joke around, and he was the mood maker wherever he went. He was a sunshine to his friends and colleagues.
廖家爵's sudden passing left everyone in shock. He had been diagnosed with stomach cancer in the past, but after an operation, he had fully recovered. Unfortunately, the cancer cells had quietly spread to his liver. On December 14, 2022, he left this world quietly at the age of 45.
廖家爵's death was a great loss to the Taiwanese music industry, and it was also a great sorrow to his friends and family. He was a talented musician, a funny companion, and a loving friend. He will always be missed.
