Comfortable salary. Stable job. I can afford a house, a car, and raise a family. I’ll work really hard for the next 40-ish years. And then I’ll finally get to retire and enjoy my golden years.
Sound familiar? If so, you’re probably among the thousands of Indians who’ve been conditioned by the “old world” paradigm of security and stability. If you’re not happy with your government job, I urge you to reconsider your options. There are other ways to make a living and be happy. Don't let the fear of the unknown hold you back. Go out there and pursue your dreams. Don’t settle for mediocrity. You deserve more than that.
Once you know the answers to these questions, you can start making a plan to achieve your goals. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. I promise.
