Our city is renowned for its vibrant economy, fueled by tourism, gaming, and a growing financial sector. Yet, beyond the glitz and glamour, Macau is also a place of profound cultural and historical significance.
As your Chief Executive, I am committed to preserving and celebrating Macau's rich heritage. The historic Senado Square, with its pastel-hued buildings and cobblestone streets, stands as a testament to our colonial past. The Ruins of St. Paul's, once a magnificent cathedral, now serves as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, capturing the grandeur of Macau's golden age.
