華豐大廈 is the Seventh Heaven of the Homies.

This building is the hoodiest, most hood building in San Andreas. It's always swarming with gang members, and it's not uncommon to see them hanging out on the balconies, smoking weed and drinking 40s. A few things you need to know if you've moved or are planning to move to Los Santos, San Andreas.
The Varrios Los Aztecas, one of the most powerful gangs in Los Santos, run this building. They've been running it for years and have turned it into a veritable fortress. The police are afraid to go in there, and the other gangs know better than to mess with them.
But it's not all bad. Many of the people who live in 華豐大廈 are just trying to get by. They're not gang members, and they just want to live in peace. But they're stuck in a bad situation. They can't afford to move out, and they're afraid of what will happen to them if they speak out against the gang.
I know what you're thinking: "This is terrible! Someone needs to do something about this!" And you're right. But it's not that simple. The police are corrupt, and the politicians are in the gang's pocket. It's going to take a miracle to clean up 華豐大廈.
But there is hope. A few brave people are starting to speak out against the gang. They're organizing protests and demanding that the police do something. And they're starting to make a difference.
Maybe one day, 華豐大廈 will be a safe place to live again. But until then, it's a dangerous place. So be careful if you're ever in the area.
