I'm so excited that the 2024 Academy Awards are just around the corner! I love this time of year when we can all come together to celebrate the best in film.

This year's nominations are particularly strong, and I'm really looking forward to seeing who takes home the gold. I'm especially excited about the Best Picture race, which includes some of my favorite films of the year.

Of course, no Oscars telecast would be complete without a few surprises. I'm always on the edge of my seat waiting to see who will win, and I'm sure this year will be no exception.

Here are a few of my predictions for the big night:

• Best Picture: Everything Everywhere All at Once
• Best Director: Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, Everything Everywhere All at Once
• Best Actor: Brendan Fraser, The Whale
• Best Actress: Michelle Yeoh, Everything Everywhere All at Once
• Best Supporting Actor: Ke Huy Quan, Everything Everywhere All at Once
• Best Supporting Actress: Jamie Lee Curtis, Everything Everywhere All at Once

Of course, these are just my predictions. The Oscars are always full of surprises, and I can't wait to see who takes home the gold.
