1st Home Owners Centre Competition

1. Competition entries close 11:59pm Monday 8 September 2014

2. The competition is restricted to residents of the greater Perth area in Western Australia.

3. Participants must be aged 18 years or over.

4. The winner is chosen at random from eligible answers by 1st Home Owners Centre and no correspondence regarding the decision will be entered into.

5. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

6. By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge that Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer this competition.

7. The competition is not open to employees or their families of 1st Home Owners Centre.

8. The winner is announced on the Facebook page of 1st Home Owners Centre in the two days following its close.

9. The winner must respond with their mailing details and phone number within 48 hours of the announcement or another winner will be chosen.

10. The competition prize is a $100 visa card.

11. Only answers provided in the comments section of the initial post will be considered.
