East Syracuse Minoa young men volleyball has been the most sweltering group in Segment III.
The Spartans rode into Wednesday's matchup against SCAC enemy Cicero-North Syracuse on a seven-game dominate streak. The Northstars, notwithstanding, emerged from the confrontation with a 3-1 win. 사설토토
"To have the option to overtake the most sultry group, and one with the longest success streak, is a major one for us," C-NS mentor Mike Lucia said.
Cicero-North Syracuse (9-1) had won eight straight prior to losing its most memorable match of the time to McQuaid last Thursday.
The Northstars leaped out to a 1-0 match lead following a 25-16 win in the primary set. C-NS got the subsequent set (25-19) for a 2-0 benefit, however ESM grabbed the third set (25-23) to slice it to 2-1.
C-NS, notwithstanding, pressed out a tight fourth set at 31-29 to down the Spartans (8-4).
"I was glad that we leaped out in the primary set," Lucia said. "We've begun delayed previously, yet we showed a ton of development this evening."
Reece Congel wrapped up with 12 kills, three blocks and a pro for the Northstars. Joe Seliger had four pros and 18 kills. Jack Waite contributed 46 helps, two pros and a block. Carter Ruler added two experts, 12 kills and a block.
For the Spartans, Austin Betts had 12 kills and four blocks. Cole Thomas wrapped up with an expert, 15 kills and seven digs. Donovan Randall gave 40 helps and eight digs, and Tristan Henderson contributed seven kills, a pro, two blocks and five digs.
