Abbey Holmes: The AFL Star Who's Built a Life Beyond Football

As a former AFL Women's player, I know all about the sacrifices you have to make to succeed at the highest level. But I also believe that life is too short to not pursue your passions outside of football.

That's why I've always been open about my love of travel, adventure, and fashion. I've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places around the world, and I've learned so much from each experience.

I've also been fortunate enough to work with some incredible brands, and I've loved sharing my passion for style with my followers. I believe that everyone can look and feel their best, and I'm always happy to share my tips and tricks.

Of course, my life isn't all about glamour and adventure. I'm also a wife, a mother, and a businesswoman. I've learned that it's possible to have it all, but it takes hard work and dedication.

I'm so grateful for the opportunities that I've been given, and I'm excited to continue to grow and learn. I hope that my story will inspire others to pursue their dreams, both on and off the field.

I grew up in a small town in South Australia, and I started playing football when I was just five years old. I loved the game from the moment I first kicked a ball, and I quickly realized that I had a natural talent.

I played for my local team until I was 18, and then I was recruited to play for the Adelaide Crows in the AFL Women's competition. I was so excited to be playing at the highest level, and I quickly became a regular member of the team.

I played for the Crows for four seasons, and I was lucky enough to be a part of the team's first premiership in 2017. It was an incredible experience, and I'm so proud of what we achieved.

After retiring from the AFL, I knew that I wanted to continue to work in the sports industry. I'm now a commentator for Channel 7, and I love sharing my knowledge of the game with viewers.

I'm also passionate about helping others to achieve their goals. I'm a keynote speaker, and I love sharing my story with young people. I hope that my experiences can inspire others to pursue their dreams, no matter what they may be.

Football has always been a huge part of my life, but it's not the only thing that I'm passionate about. I love to travel, and I've been lucky enough to visit some amazing places around the world.

I'm also a big fan of fashion, and I love to share my style tips with my followers on Instagram. I believe that everyone can look and feel their best, and I'm always happy to share my tips and tricks.

I'm so grateful for the support of my family and friends. They've always been there for me, through the good times and the bad.

I'm especially grateful to my husband, Nathan. He's my biggest supporter, and he's always there to pick me up when I'm down.

I'm also lucky to have a close group of friends. They're always there to make me laugh, and they're always there for me when I need them.

I'm so excited for the future. I have so many goals and dreams, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
