"I purchased a shadow 1100 in 2008. sales department was very helpful and got the bike financed with no problems. they gave me a 10% discount on all accessories that I purchased. i had electrical problems and had to take it in three times before they got it fixed. they assured me they would locate the problem and fix it. they did what they said they would do. they continue to give me the 10% discount on accessories i purchase. very pleased with this dealership. i went to a different dealership in ennis tx. and they wouldnt work on my bike under warranty. al lambs did work on it under warranty and didnt charge me."

After he got married he and his wife road with me a couple of years but decided to start raising a family so he sold me his bike. This is just a good solid and honest dealership... they aren't giving stuff away but they aren't stealing from me either and I get good value in return."

I went to the Progressive International Motorcycle show at Dallas Convention Center to look at all the vendors and new motorcycles. Having in mind that my son needed a new helmet, pants and boots, I was planning on looking at all the booths. As I walked through several vendor stands, I came up to Al Lamb's Dallas Honda showcase and display. What caught my eye was a red helmet that I thought would match my sons red Suzuki Katana perfectly. It even had the drop down integrated sun visor! Just what he wanted, but he couldn't afford the price being a college kid. He had priced several on the internet and different stores and he told me what the average prices were. Knowing what an average price were across several variables, I looked at what Al Lamb had to offer. The helmet was perfect in matching color, visor was smooth operation, light weight and the brand was very reputable being a SHOEI. The price was average, but Al Lamb was running a special for that day. I passed it up, contemplated the helmet, spoke to my son to get an idea of what he thought about it and went around to Arai, HJC, and looked at pants, boots and jackets.

I decided that the deal was too good to pass up, so I went back to Al Lambs. I spoke with Baron Horton, accessories manager, about the GT Air helmet and final price. I then noticed a cherry wine colored modular NeoTec helmet that would match my GL1800 and inquired about them as well. Having those helmets in mind, I asked Baron what price they could work out for 3 SHOEI helmets, if I bought them today. He must've thought I was kidding, from the question he asked. He told me that he would have to speak with someone and find out what and if they could do anything. I spoke with Colby McCaslin and to my amazement, they worked with me in getting a pretty good deal! The deal was awesome for the type and style of the helmets I purchased. We were able to put those helmets to use the very next day taking a road trip and seeing how the helmets felt. Not one bit of disappointment. My son was ecstatic about getting the helmet and excited about his first long distance ride with me.

Thank you Al Lamb, you made this customer extremely happy and now you have gotten another happy satisfied customer. I will be stopping by your store and look to see what you have to offer in terms of other riding gear. If the prices are good, you'll have another sale. Great job and it was great to deal with Baron and Colby!
