Al Lamb's Dallas Honda: 2009 Yamaha YZF-R1

The Al Lamb's Dallas Honda YZF-R1 is the worlds first production motorcycle with a crossplane crankshaft, which results in smooth power delivery and increased rear-wheel traction during hard acceleration. This racer-replica is packed with electronics, from chip-controlled variable intake funnels and “a fly-by-wire” throttle system to its variable-map power delivery system that tailors engine output at the touch of a button. A new aluminum chassis and updated fork and shock also improve the bike’s ride.
