Ashlei Woernhoer: The Last Minute Travel Queen

By Ashlei Woernhoer

I've always been a bit of a free spirit, always ready to pack my bags and jet off to a new place at a moment's notice. I love the feeling of spontaneity, the rush of not knowing what's around the next corner. And I'm always on the lookout for a good deal.
So when I saw a last-minute flight sale to Paris, I jumped at the chance. I had always dreamed of visiting the City of Lights, and I couldn't believe my luck. I booked my ticket and started packing my bags.
I landed in Paris in the early evening, and the city was already bustling with activity. I made my way to my hotel, dropped off my bags, and headed out to explore. I wandered around the streets, taking in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city. I stopped at a café for a croissant and a café au lait, and I people-watched for a while.
The next day, I visited the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe. I also took a boat ride down the Seine River. It was an awe-inspiring day, and I was so glad that I had decided to come to Paris.
I spent the rest of my time in Paris exploring the city's many museums, churches, and gardens. I also did some shopping, and I ate my way through the city's many delicious restaurants.
On my last day in Paris, I decided to take a day trip to Versailles. The palace was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I spent hours wandering around the gardens and admiring the architecture.
I returned to Paris that evening, and I had a wonderful dinner at a small restaurant in the Marais district. I then went back to my hotel and packed my bags for the flight home.
I said goodbye to Paris the next morning, but I know that I will be back someday. It's a city that has captured my heart, and I can't wait to experience it again.
