FUCK BCforward---stay away!!!

BCforward is horrible. They lied to me TWICE about a job lasting at least 3 to 6 months, going to permanent afterwards. LIES! They hire you with a lie, don't give any benefits, and then let you go with no warning. Their management never checks to ensure the employees are going to keep working. They just hire willy-nilly and then fire the same way. No warning. They bend over backwards for their awful awful clients who mistreat their workers. When you're requested to work more than 40 hours, you never hear if you're being paid for it. Sure you can call and email the office, but they won't respond. Also, after 90 days you qualify for insurance. I signed up, but never heard back and never got my insurance information. A month later I was laid off. They'll also promise to find you work, but they never do.

This is a company that has no respect for people or the workers. They even have a front desk person who is only there for one week at a time. All the managers at the company have to have no spine and don't look out for their people. The client always comes first. The people come last. These are lying sociopaths. I hope someone sues this company for false promises. I moved 12 hours for a job and they didn't help me move. They said the job would go permanent though! When the work was slowing down, I kept calling the office to ask what is happening and how much longer the contract would last. Two weeks I called their damn office. Finally when they called back, I was laid off that day.

Standing up for yourself will get you blacklisted from this shithole company, but who the fuck cares? They don't! Tell them off and don't regret it because they'll get sued for lying to people sooner or later. 

Nothing personal, IT'S JUST BUSINESS!!! Terrible terrible company. If you have no soul, this is the staffing company for YOU.
