Many factors have on the Earth have started to effect the world’s climate. The most significant impact on the Earth has been a rise in temperature which has begun to melt the polar ice caps. This is commonly known as global warming. As of result, the world has seen a change in ocean currents, biomes, weather patterns, and most of all, a rise in sea level.

Opinion
As shown above, I believe that the changes in global temperature will result in a massive rise in sea level. There is enough proof that if the polar ice caps continue melting at its current rate, then the Earth's coasts will be flooded due to the extra water melting into the oceans. However, if the temperature of the Earth quickly changes to a cooler environment, then the ice caps will stop melting, and there should only be minor flooding of the coasts.
