Brigada Eskwela

Every year, the Department of Education (DepEd) calls on volunteers to help prepare public schools for the upcoming school year through Brigada Eskwela, a nationwide program that has been in place since 2003. It's a great way for parents, teachers, students, community members, and local businesses to come together and make a difference in their local schools.

I've had the privilege of volunteering for Brigada Eskwela several times over the years, and it's always a rewarding experience. I've helped clean classrooms, paint walls, organize books, and even plant trees. I've also had the opportunity to meet other volunteers who are just as passionate about making their schools better places for students to learn.

One of my favorite things about Brigada Eskwela is that it's a great way to get involved in my community. I've met so many wonderful people through this program, and I'm always impressed by the sense of camaraderie that exists among volunteers. We all know that we're working towards a common goal, and it's amazing to see how much we can accomplish when we work together.

If you're looking for a way to give back to your community, I highly recommend volunteering for Brigada Eskwela. It's a great way to make a difference in the lives of students, and it's a lot of fun too. I promise you'll feel great about the work you do.
