Champions League draw: Who will Bayern Munich face in the quarterfinals?
*
Bayern Munich will find out their opponents in the quarterfinals of the Champions League when the draw is made on Friday.
The German champions have been in impressive form in Europe this season, winning all six of their group stage matches and beating Chelsea in the last 16.
They will be seeded for the draw, which means they will avoid facing another seeded team in the quarterfinals.
The other seeded teams in the draw are:
* Real Madrid
* Manchester City
* Liverpool
* Inter Milan
* Chelsea
* FC Porto
* Manchester United
The draw will be made at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland at 11am CET (10am GMT).
It will be broadcast live on BT Sport and Eurosport in the UK.
Bayern Munich will be hoping to draw a favorable opponent in the quarterfinals, as they bid to reach the semifinals for the third time in four years.
The German champions have a good record against most of the other teams in the draw, but they will be wary of Real Madrid and Manchester City, who are both in excellent form.
No matter who they draw, Bayern Munich will be confident of their chances of reaching the latter stages of the Champions League. They have a strong squad, with a good mix of experience and youth, and they are playing with great confidence at the moment.
The draw for the semifinals will be made on Friday, April 7, and the first legs of the semifinals will be played on Tuesday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 26.
The second legs of the semifinals will be played on Tuesday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 3.
The final will be played on Saturday, May 27, at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, France.
