  • Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Instructions:
  • Cut the tortillas into strips.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the tortilla strips to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Drain the tortilla strips on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, combine the tomatoes, green chilies, tomato soup, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the tortilla strips to the sauce and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
