Amy Anda

 

Ms. Amy Anda is a Director at Credence. Prior to joining Credence, Amy was the Division Chief for Human Capital Management (HCM) Special Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Defense Business Transformation Agency (BTA). In this role, she was instrumental in managing the stabilization and transition strategies for the world’s largest enterprise resource planning (ERP) program. She has been honored as a “Rising Star” by Federal Computer Week Magazine and is the recipient of numerous local and national awards to include the E-Award for Excellence in Leading DoD Business Transformation and the Jefferson Award for Public Service.

 

Kelly Atwell

 

Ms. Kelly Atwell serves as a Director in our Dayton, Ohio office, and she is currently serving as the Project Manager for Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS). Kelly has over 20 years of experience implementing ERP systems, including Oracle EBS. Kelly's experience includes the United States Air Force and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in the DoD sector, and companies such as Alcoa and American Trim in the commercial sector. Kelly is certified as an Oracle Implementation Team Master, and has extensive knowledge in Financials, Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing.

 

David Beveridge, PMP

 

Mr. David Beveridge serves as practice manager for our State and Local government consulting services, where he provides senior program and project management, strategic planning, business process analysis, and Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services to a variety of clients. He has assisted federal agencies such as the White House, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Energy (DOE).

 

Raymond Finch, PMP

 

Mr. Finch is a retired Air Force financial manager with 11 years of industry experience supporting Air Force financial systems. Currently. He is currently supporting the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS), and previously supported the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) and Commanders' Resource Integration System (CRIS). Mr. Finch is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

 

Tiera Kendle

 

Ms. Tiera Kendle serves as a Director and as the Practice Lead for our International Development and Human Capital work. Ms. Kendle serves as the Project Manager for our USAID programs across multiple Bureaus and Offices as well as the Program Manager for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Cadre of Experts Program which supports our service members and their families. Ms. Kendle’s experience includes working domestically and internationally with the public and private sector, including non-profits and commercial companies with a focus in program management, international development and global health.

 

Roberto Levy, PMP

 

Mr. Roberto Levy has over twenty years of experience in Consulting, Account Management, Program Management, Information Technology, Sales, Financials, and Operations. He has provided high impact and value to leading organizations across multiple industries, both in Government and in the commercial space. Roberto holds a Master Degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business and in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
