In 2012, I was appointed as the chairman of Tata Sons, succeeding the legendary Ratan Tata. I felt a tremendous sense of responsibility and was determined to steer the group towards continued growth and success.
During my tenure, we focused on enhancing operational efficiency, expanding our global footprint, and investing in innovation. We achieved significant milestones, including the launch of the Tata Nano, the acquisition of Jaguar Land Rover, and the establishment of Tata Capital.
