Darrio Buchenauer's Embarrassing Mistake at the Grocery Store

Darrio Buchenauer is a good man. He's kind, funny, and always willing to lend a helping hand. But even the best of us make mistakes, and Darrio's mistake at the grocery store is one for the books.
It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and Darrio was doing his weekly grocery shopping. He had a full cart of groceries, and he was looking for the checkout line. He spotted a line that was shorter than the others, so he got in line behind a woman who was about his age.

As Darrio was waiting in line, he noticed that the woman in front of him was wearing a very revealing dress. He couldn't help but stare at her cleavage. He was so engrossed in staring at her chest that he didn't notice that the line was moving.
When it was finally Darrio's turn to check out, he realized that he was the only one in line. The cashier looked at him and said, "Sir, I'm sorry, but you need to be in line to check out."
Darrio was so embarrassed. He quickly apologized and got in line behind the woman he had been staring at. As he was putting his groceries on the conveyor belt, he couldn't help but think about how silly he must have looked.
The woman in front of him turned around and said, "Excuse me, but I couldn't help but overhear what happened. I just wanted to say that it's okay. We've all been there."
Darrio was so relieved. He thanked the woman and finished checking out his groceries. As he was leaving the store, he thought about what she had said. She was right. We've all made mistakes. And that's what makes us human.

A few weeks later, Darrio was back at the grocery store. He was much more careful this time, and he didn't stare at any of the women in line. As he was checking out, he noticed that the cashier was the same woman who had been in front of him the last time he was there.
She looked at Darrio and smiled. "I'm glad to see you're not staring at my chest this time," she said.
Darrio laughed. "I'm sorry about that," he said. "I was just so surprised to see you again."
"It's okay," the woman said. "I'm just glad that you're not making the same mistake twice."
Darrio left the store that day feeling like a new man. He had learned his lesson, and he was determined to never make the same mistake again.
