This is the company’s third major acquisition of the year, following the $18 million takeover of slow dating app Once in January 2021 and 51million take over of Cupid Media
After recent successful acquisitions such as dating site, Once and cupid Media, Dating Group will expand its access to user behaviour insights across cultures and geographies. This will enable the team to learn more about social behaviours and the value of meaningful relationships, adding to its social discovery purpose fuelling - and redefining - the future of dating app user experiences.
