Do You Know Who Your True Friends Are?

>
We all have friends, but do we really know who our true friends are? I once had a friend who I thought was my best friend. We did everything together; we went to school together, hung out together, and talked on the phone constantly. But then one day, she just stopped talking to me. I never found out why, and it really hurt.

I realized that not everyone who we consider a friend is actually a friend. True friends are those who are there for us through thick and thin. They are the ones who we can always count on, no matter what
.

They are the ones who make us laugh, who make us feel better when we are down,
and who

never make us feel alone.

So how do we know who our true friends are? Here are a few things to look for:
*
  • They are always there for you, no matter what.
  • *
  • They make you feel good about yourself.
  • *
  • They accept you for who you are.
  • *
  • They are honest with you.
  • *
  • They make you laugh.
  • *
  • They make you feel better when you are down.
  • *
  • They never make you feel alone.
    >If you have friends who meet these criteria, then you are lucky. True friends are hard to find, so cherish them.

    >And if you are ever feeling lonely, remember that you are not alone. There are people who care about you, and who will always be there for you.
