Early Groups of People
In early history people hunted in groups and had no written law. But they soon found that it was too hard to remain alone and began to organize into groups, such as tribes often with other people who knew the same language.
Once a group of people made a decision to live together, they had to then choose who would do different tasks to keep them alive. Usually they decided this based on each person’s ability or strengths.
Only groups that could work together well could survive and increase. Perhaps a strange person who did not speak their language would be feared or even killed when they could not speak with him. So we can be thankful for the chance to learn to speak a different language and live in peace!
