Easter Vigil

A Sacred Night of Renewal

Awakening the Flame

The service commences with the blessing of the new fire. As sparks ignite from the depths, flickering into life, a sense of wonder overwhelms us. It is a flame that represents the triumph of light over shadow, the hope that burns eternal within the human soul.

The Exultet

Then, as the darkness surrenders to the rising flame, the Exultet, a hymn of ancient beauty, fills the air. Its words soar above us, vibrant with joy and awe, as we witness the transformation of creation.

Baptism and Confirmation
