Ebola Virus - Kaku's Perspective from Africa

Hey Everyone,

Here is a message on Bee Wilder's group from one of her member's ( Kaku) on the Ebola virus. This person is presently and has always lived in Africa where such diseases like Ebola, Malaria, Aids and HIV are a common affair.  And basically the message below will demonstrate Nutritional deficiencies, Environment and mental perspective ( stress) have much to do with a person getting sick.

KAKU'S MESSAGE ON EBOLA :
---------------------------------------------

Hi all, I'd like to add my opinion about this Ebola issue.
Firstly, I have been on Bee's program for almost three years, and I currently live in Ghana, West Africa.

There are several things contributing to the ebola issue and i'll  explain my opinion on a couple.

Seasonal weather:
June to September is the wettest and coolest part of the year in most of West Africa. There is less intense sunlight and heat during this period. This is very important because without the usual intense and blazing sunlight of the other months of the year, one suddenly finds it much easier to breathe.
So imagine your body suddenly being flooded with oxygen, there's now more energy available for the body to heal itself, resulting in various healing reactions. Detoxing in this part of the world can be tough, you have to deal with dust, excessive exhaust fumes, stifling heat etc, it's quite taxing on the body.

Mosquitoes are also pretty common around this time of the year, and since we are constantly bombarded with the false claim that they cause malaria, people have come to accept being sick around this time of year. In fact, the symptoms of the so called ebola infection seem pretty similar to malaria if you ask me.

Diet:
Most West African diet consists of a starchy carb accompanied with some sort of soup or stew, meat and fish. Before the fear mongering about cholesterol and fats, these stews and soups were made exclusively with local oils - palm oil, palm kernel oil or coconut oil. Sometime in the 80's when I was a kid the vegetable oils began to appear, and my family like most others made the switch. This was around the same time I developed severe asthma and dental problems, hmm?
Anyway, since this switch, the carb ratio of most meals here has gone through roof. It makes sense, without enough fat, people are not getting satisfied, so they are loading up on the carbs to get that feeling. Most people sometimes still instinctively crave traditional soups and stews made with the local oils, especially palm oil based soups. So imagine, we now have larger carb portions coupled with the traditional soup or stew - healing reactions galore.

There are probably other factors I'm not aware of, each country, in fact each town can vary drastically in diet and environment due to factors such as religion and ethnic make, etc. So the so called ebola virus is really nothing new, its just another propaganda campaign to cause fear and panic. Kind of reminds me of when AIDs was the new kid on the block, there was so much fear being spread around it was sickening.

I try my best to advise people about what they eat, but the brainwashing has been so successful its scary. Giving up carbs is really hard for people here, the best i can do is encourage them to ditch the fake oils. Like i said in the beginning, i've been on Bee's program for almost three years. I no longer get malaria. Bee is right, mosquitoes do not cause malaria. There has been only one occasion since i've been on the program that i had malaria symptoms, but it was only because I caved and had some plantains, I paid for it dearly, lol. I have many more improvements but I'll have to list those later.

Thank you Bee, for what you do.
