England v Netherlands

I remember watching the match between England and Netherlands in the 2019 Cricket World Cup. It was a tense and exciting match, with both teams playing well and the result in doubt until the very end.

England was batting first, after winning the toss and electing to bat. They made a good start, with Jason Roy and Jonny Bairstow putting on 124 runs for the first wicket. However, the Netherlands bowlers fought back and took regular wickets, and England were eventually all out for 311.

The Netherlands then started their batting innings. They made a solid start, moved to 96-2 at one stage. But England's bowlers came back with some good bowling and took wickets at regular intervals. The Netherlands were eventually all out for 235, with about 20 overs remaining.

Adil Rashid was the pick of the bowlers for England, taking 9 wickets for 58 runs. He was well supported by Chris Woakes, who took 3 wickets for 30 runs.

The win was a vital one for England. It put them in a strong position to qualify for the semi-finals of the World Cup.

I was delighted for England, and I was also impressed by the way that the Netherlands team played. They played bravely and fought hard, and they never gave up.
