Family Ties Tied Up Tight

Did you ever meet a Narsiso Neiper? You know, they are the kind of folks who could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge and stick you with the mortgage too. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting a few Narsiso Neipers in my time. And I'll tell you, they're a special breed. They're the kind of people who can make you laugh until your sides hurt and then cry until your heart aches, all in the same breath.
