Fiona Harvey jailed

Fiona Harvey, a former nurse, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the murder of her husband. The jury found that she had killed him by injecting him with a lethal dose of insulin.
Harvey, 53, had denied the murder, but the jury at Winchester Crown Court found her guilty after a 10-week trial.
The court heard that Harvey had been having an affair with a younger man and that she had killed her husband in order to be with him.
In a statement after the sentencing, Harvey's family said they were "devastated" by her actions.
"We have lost a loving husband, father and grandfather," they said. "Fiona Harvey has shown no remorse for what she has done and we hope that she will spend the rest of her life in prison."
The case has shocked the local community and has raised questions about the dangers of domestic violence.
One neighbor said: "I can't believe what she has done. She was always a quiet and friendly woman. I never would have thought she was capable of something like this."

Another neighbor said: "This is a tragedy for all involved. Harvey's husband was a good man and he didn't deserve to die like this.
