Information about our Plastic Extracting Robot.

What our robot is: Our robot is a small nimble robot which will dart around in water and x-ray fish. If a fish has plastic in it, the robot will go inside the fish's mouth without hurting it, and using its extendable tweezers it will put all plastic in a little hole and bring back all plastic to the owner. From here this plastic can go to better causes and be reused.

Why we designed this robot: This robot is important because it could be saving fish lives and maybe even human lives, if we are eating the fish. This robot also gives the owner the plastic, so we can reuse this plastic. This robot is a 2 in 1 and would be extremely useful. This image is also another reason why we would do this:

What the changes to the environment will be after this robot: The problem of plastic inside of fish should hopefully be solved after this robot is released. Plastic will also be reused which will have a positive impact on the environment. This robot will also be incredibly small, so it require minimal resources to build which is also good for the environment.

Extra features on the robot:

Camera: The robot has a camera so that it can take photos of inside each fish

Satelite: The robot as a satelite so the owner can track it through an application

Scanner: This is obviously nessecary as it needs to scan the fish first as stated above

Claw: This would be used to pick up the plastic

Mouth: This is where the plastic would be put through when collected by the claws

Lid: The plastic would come in through the small mouth, but the owner could get it out through a big lid on top of the robot.

Crusher: This would be inside the robot to crush all the pieces of plastic.
