Last time it was a vertical flash from the battle touch.

Add a switch touch to this, and this completes a 5 step vertical flash
that can be used completely in the game !

From here onward is the paid part

The point is "switching touch".
You can approach the cone with a free touch and detour with a switching touch. * For dribbling that approaches with free touch ,
the shaft foot back is effective . Axial foot leads are not suitable for carrying large to the front space. (For details, refer to "Technique Chapter 3 ③ Power of Axis Foot Lead") ❶ Change direction by scratching the ball → ❷ Touched foot will land ahead of time → ❸ Battle Touch (Axis Foot Lead & Hangnail Touch) Perform these three steps smoothly. Please refer to the slow video from Okabe's eyes!

Anyway, this training is the actual battle itself!
In the one-on-one project that I can't go home, I have
won countless times with this pattern.

A vertical flash of 5 steps, this punching mold is all rock solid . Not to mention fascinating techniques such as Elastico and SEKAI, even the basic cut-in is only a derivative of a vertical flash of 5 steps .
In other words, if the vertical flash of 5 steps is perfect, you can pull out in various ways, and you will be able to pull out 99% (on the contrary, if this is neglected, you will not be able to pull out 99%).
That's why I want you to take a selfie, check the form, and aim for a more perfect one. We have set up a self-check item below, so please use it to look back on your daily training!

Vertical flash self-check

Look back on your practice and, if possible, look back at your selfies to see if you've done these things in your training!

 1. 1. Are you able to concentrate on running?

Touch is just a matter of running. You can overrun before you get used to it, so just imagine an ideal run.

If you feel awkward to run, go back to the practice below and remember the dashing style.

2. Is the shoot linked to the upper body?

As shown in the video below, let's check if the right hand naturally rises just before shooting and swings the left foot (left hand, right foot for left-handed people). After dribbling = not necessarily a shoot, but first we will perfect this type.

Shoots that do not work with the upper body not only reduce accuracy and power, but also put a strain on the body.
I'm not good at kicking with just my feet! Those who say ↓ Let's go back to the practice of ↓ and let's establish how to use the body (It is recommended to continue this practice even after you can shoot with a reverse foot)

3. 3. Is the shaft leg out in front?

The shaft foot lead is an essential point for hangnail touch, but it can be forgotten unexpectedly. In particular, please check the self-portrait footage when you have a vertical flash.
Surprisingly, there may be a foot in front of the ball like BAD in ↓ !?
* The video below is a hangnail touch from the previous detour step.

Enlarged image 13

When the foot lead is loose, it's usually because the battle touch is too big.
In such a case, go back to the practice of ↓ and check the touch.

+ Α: Is stretch reflex used?

Please challenge this item after clearing all three above!
Immediately before the vertical flash that kicks out greatly forward, is it possible to slightly float the heel and step on the heel to activate the stretch reflex?
Even if you review your own video, it is a slight difference, so let's check it with your own sense.
* The video below is taken at 980fps (980 super slows per second).

If you can do it so far, you should be able to open a vertical path at once.
As I explained in the logic section, if you master the vertical, you can open up the inside,
first of all, it is a vertical flash.

The next training edition will be cut in!
It's a cut-in that I haven't touched on in the training edition yet, but let's jump in at once!  Continue
