Gederoth took a deep breath and then bit into a piece of human flesh. He chewed it slowly and thoughtfully, and then he swallowed it.

Fallon was still in shock. "How does it taste?" he asked.
Gederoth smiled. "It's not bad," he said. "It's a little gamey, but it's not bad."
