General History

Germany has had 3 Reiches. The First Reich started in 800AD, ending in 1806. The Second Reich was the German Empire, and started in 1871 and ended in 1918. The Third Reich started in 1933 and collapsed in 1945 when Nazi Germany was defeated.

The Third Reich was the most brutal of all. It had a Totalitarianism government and killed most of the Jews. Adolf Hitler was the man behind all this horror. He eventually “killed” himself when the Soviet Russians fought into Berlin. But, there are theories that he escaped to Chile or another South American country.
