Have you heard of sorrounding?

Do you know how to do it?
Is it a myth, or is it a legend?
Surrounding - an activity that is done in sports, with a ball.
The goal of this activity is to surround the ball with your legs.
The ball can be thrown by a friend or a coach, while you have to try and surround it with your legs, without using your arms, hands or any other part of your upper body.
The most common variations are soccer, basketball, and handball.
The difficulty of the challenge depends on the speed, direction, and height of the ball.
As well as the player's skill level and physical ability.
Steps to success
  1. Keep your eyes fixed on the ball.
  2. Use your legs to trap the ball.
  3. Keep the ball close to your feet.
