Helga is a very long flat land located in Värmland. Here you can go for forestry walks in beautiful surroundings. There are several signposted trails in the area. The nature reserve is about 2000 hectares in size and was established in 1970. The area is a varied forest landscape with both spruce forests and deciduous forests. The forest is home to a rich fauna, including moose, deer, and capercaillie. In the area there are both lakes and ponds. The reserve is located just south of the village Brattfors.
