Purpose of the Club: The purpose of the Southern Tier Personal Computing Club (STPCC) is to enhance the personal enjoyment of club members in the hobby uses of home or personal computer systems by serving as a focal point for the exchange of information on topics of mutual interest: for example; personal computers and peripheral devices, system and application software, problem resolution, advances in information processing technology, program development, etc.
