Ireland v FijiIreland keep Grand Slam hopes alive with thrilling victory over Fiji

Eddie Jones' England are next up for the Irish in a fortnight as they look to continue their impressive Six Nations campaign.
Ireland kept their Grand Slam hopes alive with a thrilling 35-25 victory over Fiji in Dublin on Saturday.
The hosts were made to work hard for their win, with Fiji scoring three tries to Ireland's two. However, Ireland's clinical finishing and superior experience ultimately proved the difference.
Ireland opened the scoring through a Conor Murray try, but Fiji hit back through a converted try from Semi Radradra. Ireland then took a 22-10 lead into the break thanks to a Johnny Sexton penalty and a try from Garry Ringrose.
Fiji again reduced the deficit early in the second half, with a try from Josua Tuisova. However, Ireland responded with a try from Keith Earls to stretch their lead to 35-17.
Fiji scored a late consolation try through Kini Murimurivalu, but it was not enough to prevent Ireland from claiming a hard-fought victory.
The win takes Ireland to the top of the Six Nations table, with two wins from two. Fiji, meanwhile, remain bottom of the table after two defeats.
Ireland will now face England at Twickenham on February 26, while Fiji will travel to Scotland.
