Issis Ubric: The Epic Tale of a Man Who Was Too Nice

Imagine, if you will, a man named Issis Ubric. Issis was a kind and gentle soul, always putting others before himself. He was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back, even if he didn't have another one to wear. To say that Issis was "too nice" would be an understatement. He went above and beyond to help everybody and anybody, even if it meant putting himself in harm's way. Despite his good intentions, Issis often found himself in comical situations that seemed to stem from his excessive kindness - as if the universe was playing a cruel joke on him.
One day, Issis was walking down the street when he saw a little old lady struggling to carry her groceries. Without hesitation, he rushed to her aid and offered to help carry them to her car. As they walked, Issis noticed that she was having trouble keeping up with him. Being the gentleman that he was, Issis slowed his pace to match hers. However, as they approached her car, Issis accidentally tripped and sent the groceries flying.
The little old lady gasped in horror, but Issis quickly apologized and started picking up the groceries. As he was doing so, he noticed a small child watching him from the other side of the street. The child was laughing hysterically, pointing at Issis and the scattered groceries. In that moment, Issis felt like the biggest klutz in the world.
Issis quickly gathered the groceries and handed them to the little old lady. She thanked him profusely, but Issis couldn't help but feel embarrassed. As he turned to leave, he heard the child's laughter again. This time, Issis couldn't help but smile. After all, he was just trying to be helpful.
As Issis walked away, he couldn't help but think about the child's laughter. It reminded him of a time when he was a child himself. He remembered how much fun he used to have, and how he didn't care what other people thought. Issis decided that he wasn't going to let a little bit of embarrassment get in the way of his kindness.

Another time, Issis was at the grocery store when he saw an elderly man struggling to reach a can of soup on the top shelf. Issis immediately offered his help and jumped up to grab the can. As he was reaching for it, his elbow accidentally knocked over a display of canned goods. The cans came crashing down, making a loud noise that startled the other shoppers.
Issis was mortified. He quickly apologized and started picking up the cans. As he was doing so, he noticed that the elderly man was laughing. The man told Issis that he didn't mind the mess, and that he was just glad that Issis was willing to help him.
Issis was relieved, but he couldn't help but feel a little bit embarrassed. As he was walking away, he heard a group of people talking about him. They were saying how clumsy he was and how he should be more careful.
Issis couldn't help but feel bad about himself. He knew that he was clumsy, but he didn't want people to think of him as a nuisance. He started to wonder if he should stop helping others, but then he remembered the elderly man's laughter.
Issis decided that he wasn't going to let other people's opinions stop him from being kind. He knew that he was a good person, and that was all that mattered.
