It is impossible to say for sure what Cena would be doing today if he had never become a wrestler. However, it is likely that he would have been successful in whatever career he chose. He is a hard worker and a dedicated individual, and he has the ability to achieve anything he sets his mind to.

Cena is a role model for many people, and he shows that anything is possible if you work hard and never give up on your dreams.
