Kosher Cuisine.

The term Kosher means cooking food accordng to Jeiwsh laws. It is  is a unique way of food preparation and serving that has been passed down throughout the centuries by people of the Jewish race. In order to certify a food as authentically kosher, a rabbi or the head will have to inspect it and given his stamp of approval. There are three categories of kosher food, meat, dairy and paerve.There are very few place like this one for ex which serve authentic kosher cuisine.
