Very Effective Facial Exercises For Eyes
When a person reaches the age of thirty to forty, he will already see signs of aging within the regions of his eyes while he would also notice his eyesight deteriorate. Now these five exercises would simply help tone up the muscles that would reside around the area of the eyeballs. Now the very first workout is a basic one wherein one would just be massaging the muscles that can be found above the cheek bones. All one has to do would be to put some pressure on those areas and simply massage them in order to make them firm and prevent sagging.
Now the second one that one would be doing would be all about mouth movement. Now most people do not know about this fact but the eyes are actually directly connected to the mouth which means that if one would move his mouth around, he would actually be exercising his eye muscles. Now in order to do this exercise, all one would have to do would be to pull his mouth apart from the left and right sides and just hold that position for around two seconds.
Now the next exercise is a little bit silly to look at so it is recommended that one would do this while he is at home. The first step of this exercise would be for one to elevate his lip so that his chin will go up. In order to check if he is doing it correctly, one can use his index finger to touch his chin. If it is contracting, then he is doing it correctly.
Now the next part of this exercise would be to push the lower lip back down. So in other words, one will be doing the opposite of what he did a while ago. So he should push his lower lip upward then downward alternately around two or three times in ten sets.
Now one does not need to worry anymore because the next workout will not look embarrassing. Now this workout would just involve one looking at the ceiling and stretching his neck. Now while he is looking at the ceiling, he also has to push his tongue against his palette and hold it there for some time.
Now the very last exercise is one that many would probably not expect. Now the last one would involve pressing the regions at the back of the head that are aligned to the eyeballs. He first has to apply some pressure on those parts and lightly rub them.
So those exercises are designed to give people stronger eye muscles. This will make a person actually look young and feel young because this will prevent eye muscle sagging and dark spots. He will also have better eyesight that will not easily deteriorate even if he ages.
