Once upon a time, in a beautiful meadow, there lived a young girl named Laurale Kartunov. Laurale had a secret: she could talk to animals.
Laurale loved to spend her days wandering through the meadow, chatting with the creatures she met. She would often sit under the trees, listening to the birds sing their songs. She would play games with the squirrels, hiding nuts in the grass for them to find.
One day, Laurale was playing with a group of rabbits when she heard a loud noise. She looked up and saw a group of hunters galloping through the meadow. The rabbits froze, their eyes wide with fear.
"Don't worry," Laurale whispered. "I'll save you." She turned to the hunters and shouted, "Leave these rabbits alone!"
The hunters were surprised to hear a girl's voice. They turned and saw Laurale standing in front of the rabbits, her arms outstretched.
"We're not afraid of you," one of the hunters sneered. "We'll kill the rabbits anyway."
But Laurale wasn't afraid. She looked the hunter in the eye and said, "You will not hurt these rabbits. They are my friends."
To the hunter's amazement, the rabbits suddenly came to life. They hopped and skipped around Laurale, nibbling at her clothes and nuzzling her hands.
The hunters had never seen anything like it. They were so scared that they turned and ran away.
Laurale smiled and hugged the rabbits. "You're safe now," she said.
From that day on, Laurale became known as the girl who could talk to animals. She used her gift to help protect the creatures of the meadow. She taught the animals how to avoid the hunters and how to stay safe from other dangers.
And Laurale and the animals lived happily ever after.
