Lucy Spoors: The Woman Who Walked the World

My name is Lucy Spoors, and I have walked over 100,000 km around the world. I've walked through deserts, mountains, jungles, and cities, and I've met some of the most amazing people along the way.
Why did I start walking?
I started walking as a way to see the world and meet new people. I was 19 years old and had just finished university. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, so I decided to walk until I figured it out.
What have I learned from walking?
I've learned that the world is a beautiful and diverse place. I've seen some of the most amazing sights imaginable, and I've met some of the most wonderful people. I've also learned that the world is a very small place. No matter where I go, I always seem to meet someone who knows someone I know.
What is my favorite part about walking?
My favorite part about walking is the people I meet. I've met so many amazing people from all walks of life. I've learned so much from them, and I'm grateful for every moment I've spent with them.
What is my advice for anyone who wants to walk the world?
My advice for anyone who wants to walk the world is to just do it. Don't be afraid to set out on your own and explore the world. You'll never know what you might find.
Here are some of my favorite walking tips:
  • Start small. Don't try to walk across the world in one day. Start with a short walk and gradually increase your distance.
  • Be prepared. Make sure you have the right gear, including good shoes, a backpack, and a map.
  • Be flexible. Things don't always go according to plan when you're walking. Be prepared to change your route or your plans if necessary.
  • Be open-minded. Walking is a great way to meet new people and learn about different cultures.
  • Have fun! Walking is a great way to explore the world and get some exercise.

I hope you'll join me on my next adventure.

Until then, happy walking!
