M6 crash: Five killed, including two children




Five people, including two children, have been killed in a crash on the M6.
The incident happened on the northbound carriageway of the motorway, between junctions 36 and 37, at around 4pm on Tuesday.
The victims were travelling in a Toyota Yaris when they were involved in a collision with a HGV.
A man, who was driving the car, and a woman, as well as boy of around nine and two girls, aged around 10 and five, all died at the scene.
A third child, a girl around 12, was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
