Manny Castañeda

Manny Castañeda is a famous baseball player who has played for the Chicago White Sox, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Texas Rangers. He is known for his exceptional hitting and fielding skills. He is a two-time All-Star and has won the Gold Glove Award five times.

Manny was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1969. He began playing baseball at a young age and quickly became one of the most promising players in Cuba. In 1991, he defected to the United States and signed with the White Sox. Manny quickly became a fan favorite.

Manny played for the White Sox for six seasons. He was a key member of the team that won the World Series in 2005.
