Markevious Kaspersen, the Boy Who Couldn't Sleep

Markevious Kaspersen was a little boy who couldn't sleep. Every night, he would lie in bed and stare at the ceiling, his eyes wide open. He would try to count sheep, but the sheep would just jump over the fence and run away. He would try to sing himself to sleep, but his voice would always crack. He would even try to drink warm milk, but it would just make him want to go to the bathroom.

Markevious was so tired that he would fall asleep in the middle of the day. He would fall asleep in class, at the dinner table, and even while playing with his friends. But at night, when it was time to sleep, he couldn't close his eyes.

One night, Markevious was so tired that he couldn't even keep his eyes open. He fell asleep on the couch and dreamed that he was in a dark forest. He was walking through the forest when he came to a clearing. In the center of the clearing was a giant tree, and sitting under the tree was a wise old owl.

"Why can't I sleep?" Markevious asked the owl.

"Because you're not relaxed," the owl said. "You need to find a way to relax before you go to bed."

"How can I relax?" Markevious asked.

"There are many ways to relax," the owl said. "You could take a warm bath, read a book, or listen to some calming music. You could also try doing some deep breathing exercises."

Markevious woke up the next morning feeling refreshed. He remembered the owl's advice, so he decided to take a warm bath before bed. He also read a few pages of his favorite book and listened to some calming music. When it was time to go to bed, he did some deep breathing exercises.

That night, Markevious fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. He slept all night long and woke up feeling refreshed and energized. He went to school and didn't fall asleep once. He played with his friends and didn't even get tired. He was so happy that he had finally found a way to sleep.
