· Need for NewCo strategy clarification, business process integration, workforce and culture integration, expense reduction target achievement, operations rationalization

· Conducted a strategy clarification 'Executive Summit', including the top 25 executives from the combined company
· Established integration success measurements with board and senior team
· Established integration project management infrastructure (Senior 'Steering' Team, Project Management Team, Integration Teams)

· Completed all operations and support functions integration activities ahead of schedule, preparing the company for eventual sale to WalMart
