BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Van Daan got married to Hermann in 1925. She then got a Dutch nationality When she got married. Mrs. Van daan and her husband moved and settled in the German city of Osnabrück, where Hermann's family lived. In November 1926, Peter was born their first and only child. 

Mrs. Van daan and Hermann were concerned about the Nazis. Then they both moved to the Netherlands in 1937. They moved to a house in the same neighbor hood the annex was in. They also moved met the frank family there at the annex.

CONCENTRATION CAMP

Mrs. Van Daan was taken to a concentration camp called Bergen-Belsen.

Mrs. Van Daan was apart of the last group of prisoners taken to Bergen-Belsen.

HOW DID MRS. VAN DAAN PASS AWAY?

Most people dont know how she passed away, but there was only one witness to her death. The first wittness claims that she was pushed under the train tracks while the train was moving.
