Munster will be looking to make it three wins from three in the United Rugby Championship when they host Ulster at Thomond Park on Saturday evening (7.35pm).
The southern province have made a strong start to the new campaign, with bonus-point victories over Dragons and Zebre.
Ulster, meanwhile, have won one and lost one of their opening two games.
Speaking ahead of the game, Munster head coach Graham Rowntree said:
"We're expecting a tough game against Ulster. They're a well-coached team with some quality players."
"We'll need to be at our best to get the win."
Munster will be without a number of key players for the game, including Peter O'Mahony, Tadhg Beirne and Conor Murray.
However, Rowntree is confident that his squad has the depth to cope with their absences.
"We've got a lot of quality in our squad," he said.
"We're confident that we can field a team that can beat Ulster."
Ulster will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Leinster last weekend.
Speaking ahead of the game, Ulster head coach Dan McFarland said:
"We're expecting a physical game against Munster. They're a big, strong team."
"We'll need to be disciplined and we'll need to play to our strengths."
Ulster will be without a number of key players for the game, including Iain Henderson, Stuart McCloskey and Robert Baloucoune.
However, McFarland is confident that his squad has the quality to get the win.
"We've got a lot of experience in our squad," he said.
"We're confident that we can go to Thomond Park and get the win."
The game is set to be a close and entertaining one. Both teams will be looking to put in a strong performance and get the win.
