This promotion commences Sunday 29/05/2016 and continues until 11:59PM AWST, Wednesday 01/06/2016.

Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

You own the copyright to your Competition entry as its author.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you give Progress Developments permission for your entry to be published via social media channels administrated by Progress Developments.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you give Progress Developments the right to use your name for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry and/or as a winner of the Competition.

The photo entry deemed to best represent the St Leonards community will be the winner.

Entries will be judged and the winner will be chosen by the staff of Progress Developments Marketing Team panel

The panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be announced on the St Leonards Private Facebook Page on Tuesday, June 7, 2016.

The winner will be notified via Instagram.

The winner is responsible for collecting their prize from The St Leonards Sales Office which is open on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays between 1PM & 5PM.

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification a new winner will be chosen.

Entry is open to residents and property owners at St Leonards Private Estate only.

Entry is not open to Progress Developments staff, suppliers, contractors, business partners or their families.

Progress Developments reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at any time.

Comments or images posted to Instagram deemed offensive by Progress Developments will be ineligible for prizes.

Prize is not redeemable as cash.
