Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Nathane Villabeitia who couldn't get a good night's sleep. He would toss and turn in his bed for hours, and his mind would race with thoughts. He worried about school, about his friends, and about everything that was going on in the world.
Nathane's parents tried everything they could to help him sleep. They gave him warm milk, they read him stories, and they even took him to the doctor. But nothing seemed to work. Nathane was still too worried to fall asleep.
One night, Nathane's father had an idea. He took Nathane to the park and they sat down on a bench. Nathane's father looked up at the stars and said, "Nathane, look up at the sky. See all those stars? There are billions and billions of them. And each one of those stars is a world, just like ours. And on each of those worlds, there are people just like you, who are worried about the same things you are.
Nathane looked up at the stars and thought about what his father said. He realized that he wasn't the only one who was worried. Everyone in the world had worries, just like him. And that made him feel a little bit better.
Nathane's father continued, "The world is a big place, Nathane. And there are a lot of things to worry about. But you can't let your worries keep you from sleeping. You have to let them go. And the best way to do that is to think about something happy.
Nathane thought about all the things that made him happy. He thought about his family, his friends, and his favorite games. And he thought about all the good things that were happening in the world. And slowly, he started to feel sleepy.
Nathane's father smiled and said, "Good night, son. Sleep tight." And Nathane fell asleep, dreaming of all the wonderful things that were waiting for him in the morning.
From that night on, Nathane was able to get a good night's sleep. He knew that he wasn't the only one who had worries, and that he could always find something happy to think about.
Nathane Villabeitia, the boy who couldn't get a good night's sleep, was finally able to rest easy.
