Navarro
It is a very famous restaurant. Once upon a time I would always go there because I live quite nearby. I would go there by bike and order a "navarro special" pizza. It was such a good time!
Their pizza dough was very thin and had excellent flavor. The ingredients were fresh and very high quality. I used to go there with my wife and kids. My kids love the pizza because it is very light and they can eat a lot of it. My wife, on the other hand, loves their "sorullitos de maiz", that is a corn stick. It is not sweet and slightly salty. She could eat the entire tray by herself.
The restaurant is very casual and family-oriented. The staff is very friendly and they always make you feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are very generous. Overall, I think Navarro is a great restaurant and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
About 5 years ago my wife was offered a once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity in another country. We had to move the entire family with no time to prepare. Since then I have not been able to eat at ""Navarro"", but I will never forget those great times with my family.
Now we live in a very small town and there is no restaurant at all. We have to drive to the nearest city to go out to eat.
Last month we were all in agreement to go out to eat. So, I googled it and found a couple of alternatives but none that caught my attention. Then, I magically found the Navarro's website. I couldn't believe it! They opened another business in my new town.
The next day we went there to celebrate my son's birthday. We all had a great time! It was like old times before we moved out. The food was still as amazing as I remembered it. Excellent pizza and delicious corn sticks.
The staff was very delightful. They even brought a free cake and sang a happy birthday to my son. We all felt very happy and grateful for this restaurant to have come to our town.
I hope they stay a very long time because "Navarro" is not just a restaurant, it is a place to create memories.
